At BRAUM Racing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your racing apparel or gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your BRAUM Racing account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached, and pack them securely in the original shipping box.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print your prepaid return shipping label provided by our portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
